- Copy of original receipt with date of purchase and place of purchase/store clearly shown* What-is-a-Valid-Proof-of-Purchase?
- Photos and or video of drone showing damaged parts being requested*
- Completed replacement parts form* [form available below]
- Email address to send shipping invoice*
Please note, eligibility is based on proof of purchase in the form of a store or gift receipt, availability of, and need of parts. The frame is not covered or available as a replacement part. Physically mailed requests will not be honored.
