Please follow the below steps to request replacement parts as needed. Shipping and handling is not included.
Please provide the following in an E-mail to email@example.com:
- Copy of original receipt with date of purchase and place of purchase/store clearly shown* What-is-a-Valid-Proof-of-Purchase?
- Photos and or video of drone showing parts requested*
- Completed replacement parts form* [form available below]
- Email address to send shipping invoice*
Please note, eligibility is based on proof of purchase in the form of a store or gift receipt, availability of, and need of parts.
