1. MY GEL BLASTER REPEATEDLY JAMS OR DOES NOT FIRE AT ALL
For Faction Spectre and Sentinel Turret, it is suggested to turn the blaster upside down and unscrew the clip, turn it back over and look down into the whole where the clip connects and if you see any beads or fragments of beads stuck, remove them. Turn the gun back upside down and screw in the clip. Flip it and see if it fires.
For the Havoc, it is suggested to release and remove the clip. Turn the gun upside down and look in the cavity where the clip slides into the blaster. Remove any beads or fragments of beads that you find. Put the clip back in and try it. It will take some time for the motor fed beads to reach the blaster when you first fill the clip, hold the trigger for 3 to 4 seconds until beads are actually firing to prime.

2. MY HAVOC GEL BLASTER IS SHOOTING FRAGMENTED GEL BEADS
It is suggested to check and make sure the gel beads are not under hydrated as gel beads become to small in which do not feed correctly to the Havoc Gel Blaster.
3. HOW LONG DO THE DEHYDRATED BEADS NEED TO BE IN THE WATER FOR FULL HYDRATION
For the best results, it is highly suggested to leave the gel beads soaking in water for 3 hours. Make sure there is still excess water in the bucket/bowl after hydration.
4. MY SKYFIRE DRONE DOES NOT CONNECT WITH THE FACTION BATTLE SYSTEM APP AFTER THE FIRMEWARE IS UPDATED
It is suggested to close the Faction Battle System app and reboot your mobile device. Once rebooted open the app again. If you are still experiencing the issue, please submit a ticket at Submit a request – Skyrocket Support Center (skyrocketon.com). Please provide the mobile device (Android / iPhone) you are using and the Andorid/ Iphone OS version.

5. CAN I UNLOCK THE GEL BLASTERS WITHOUT USING THE FACTION BATTLE SYSTEM APP
Yes, use the following steps.
Hold the blaster trigger, the communications button, and the respawn button together for 8 seconds.
6. MY GEL BLASTERS SHOWS A BLUE LED LIGHT ON BUT THE POWER BUTTON DOES NOT LIGHT ON.

7. WHAT DOES EACH LED LIGHT BAR MEAN WHEN MY GEL BLASTER IS POWERED ON
The LED light bars change color to display blaster status.
Blaster LED light bars are flashing yellow and red: This means the blaster is still locked and will not function. You can unlock the blaster by initiating the pairing mode between the blaster and the app. Another way to unlock the blaster without using the app is to hold the blaster trigger, the communications button, and the respawn button together for 8 seconds.
Blaster LED light bars are flashing blue: This means the blaster is in pairing mode and is searching to connect with the mobile device that has the Faction Battle System app.
Blaster LED light bars is solid blue: This means the blaster has successfully connected with the Faction Battle System app.
