Faction Battle System App and Website Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to our Drone and Blaster apps and website.
This Policy describes how we treat personal information on our website and Drone / Blaster related apps. By interacting with us, you consent to these practices.
Our privacy practices and children.
In our apps intended for children, we do not collect personally identifiable information (like full name, e-mail address, phone number or home address) from children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, except in limited circumstances authorized by law. If you have questions, contact us at the email address or phone number below.
Wherever we refer to “children” or a “child” in this Privacy Policy, we mean children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). Please help us protect your children's privacy by instructing them never to provide personal contact information (like their full name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number, etc.) without your permission.
We currently do NOT collect information from or about you or children under 13 by using the Drone or Blaster.
At this time, our Drones, Blasters and related applications do not collect any personally identifiable information about you or children. Your use of Skyrocket drones includes a memory card that collects and locally holds data for your personal use and/or download to your own personal device and does not transfer any of that data to us.
Information you submit or post.
We collect information if you or your child contacts us. In those instances we collect a first name, last name and email address of the person contacting us, we do not ask for the age of the person emailing us and have no way of knowing if it is a child’s information we have collected.
