IS THE FOOD ALLERGEN FREE?
No. We do not make our food in a facility dedicated to allergen-free packaging.
WHERE CAN I BUY REFILL KITS?
You can purchase refill kits from most major retailers both online and in store. Some vendors are Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Target, and Amazon.
HOW MUCH SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED?
We designed the Real Cooking line of toys to empower kids to cook for themselves. However, they will need help from an adult to turn on the over, and take things in and out of the over. Children should never be left unsupervised.
DO I HAVE TO USE COOKING SPRAY WITH SILICONE?
No, you do not have to but it can make it easier to remove the food from the molds after baking and reduce clean-up time.
HOW DO I STORE MY BAKING SET?
Please store all food mixes and decorations in a cool, dry place free from pests or molds. Baking tools can be stored the same way you store all your important kitchen tools.
HOW LONG ARE THE MIXES GOOD FOR BEFORE BAKING?
All food in the Real Cooking product line has a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly in a cool dry place before cooking.
HOW DO I WASH MY BAKING SET?
All items in the Real Cooking Baking Set are hand wash only and are NOT suitable for the dishwasher. Use a damp sponge and mild soap.
MY FAMILY IS VEGAN OR HAS ALLERGIES. CAN WE SUBSTITUTE INGREDIENTS?
